Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the conditions of use for the smartphone application "AI Reader Pro" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by MSKdev(hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Developer regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Purpose and Scope of Use)

The App is a tool designed to assist with information gathering and the use of AI services via browser functions and clipboard integration.
The use of the App is strictly limited to the user's personal research, study, and private use (Personal Use). Commercial misuse, unauthorized diversion, or use as an illegal data collection tool is strictly prohibited.

Article 3 (Use of External Services and Compliance)

1. When browsing websites, extracting text, or taking screenshots using the App, the user must comply with the terms of service of the target websites and relevant laws such as copyright law.
2. When using third-party AI services (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) via the App, the user must comply with the terms of service of those respective AI services.
3. The Developer shall not be involved in and holds no responsibility for any disputes arising between the user and website operators or third parties due to the handling of data acquired through the App. The user shall resolve such disputes at their own risk and expense.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in any of the following actions when using the App:

• Disassembling, decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to analyze the source code of the App.
• Acts that violate laws, public order, and morals, or acts related to criminal behavior.
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the servers or networks of the Developer, other users, or third parties.
• Attempting excessive data extraction despite explicit prohibition of scraping by the target website.
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App.
• Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Developer.

Article 5 (Disclaimer and Principle of Self-Responsibility)

1. [Self-Responsibility] All use of the App is entirely at the user's own risk. The Developer assumes no responsibility for any results arising from web browsing, data extraction, or data transmission to AI performed using the App.
2. [No Guarantee of Operation] The App relies on the structure of external websites and the URL scheme specifications of external AI apps. The Developer is under no obligation to guarantee operation or provide refunds if the App's features become unavailable due to specification changes in these external services.
3. [Exemption from Liability for Damages] The Developer shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss, device malfunction, or disputes with third parties) incurred by the user arising from the use of the App.

Article 6 (Changes to the Terms)

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to the user if deemed necessary. Continued use of the App after any modifications indicates the user's acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Information Obtained and Purpose of Use)

The App acquires and saves information such as browsing history, configured prompts (templates), and open tabs. However, all of this information is saved strictly locally on the user's device (Local Storage).
The Developer does not transmit, collect, or analyze this user data on any external servers.

Article 2 (Data Transmission to External Services)

When the user executes functions such as "Open with AI" within the App, the selected text, images, or URLs are passed directly to external AI apps (e.g., ChatGPT) specified by the user via the iOS clipboard or URL schemes. The handling of this data is subject to the privacy policies of the respective destination services.

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Developer does not acquire personal information (information that can identify a specific individual, such as names or contact details) through the App. Therefore, no personal information is provided to third parties.

Article 4 (About Access Analysis Tools)

To improve the App and fix bugs, the App may collect crash reports (such as those provided by Apple's standard features) within a scope that does not identify individuals. This information is used solely for the purpose of improving the convenience of the App.

Article 5 (Contact Information)

利用規約

この利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます。）は、MSKdev（以下、「当方」といいます。）が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「AI Reader Pro」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆さま（以下、「ユーザー」といいます。）には、本規約に従って本アプリをご利用いただきます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、ユーザーと当方との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。ユーザーが本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（本アプリの目的と利用範囲）

本アプリは、ブラウザ機能およびテキスト等のクリップボード連携を介して、情報収集ならびにAIサービスの利用を補助するツールです。
本アプリの利用は、ユーザー自身の個人的な調査、研究、学習を目的とした利用（個人利用）に限定されます。営利目的での無断転用、あるいは不正なデータ収集ツールとしての利用は固く禁じます。

第3条（外部サービスの利用と遵守事項）

1. 本アプリを利用して各種WEBサイトを閲覧、テキスト抽出、スクリーンショットの撮影等を行う際、ユーザーは対象となるWEBサイトの利用規約、および著作権法等の関連法令を遵守するものとします。
2. 本アプリを利用してChatGPT、Claude等のサードパーティ製AIサービスを利用する場合、ユーザーは当該AIサービスの利用規約に従うものとします。
3. 本アプリを介して取得したデータの取り扱いにより、WEBサイト運営者または第三者との間でトラブルが生じた場合、当方は一切関与せず、ユーザー自身の責任と費用において解決するものとします。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

• 本アプリの逆アセンブル、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、その他本アプリのソースコードを解析しようとする行為
• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、および犯罪行為に関連する行為
• 当方、本アプリの他のユーザー、または第三者のサーバーやネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
• 閲覧先のWEBサイトがスクレイピング等を明示的に禁止しているにも関わらず、過度なデータ抽出を試みる行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
• その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第5条（免責事項・自己責任の原則）

1. 【自己責任】 本アプリの利用は、すべてユーザーの自己責任で行われるものとします。本アプリを利用して行われたWEBブラウジング、データ抽出、AIへのデータ送信に関する一切の結果について、当方は責任を負いません。
2. 【動作保証の非適用】 本アプリは、外部のWEBサイトの構造や、外部のAIアプリ（ChatGPT等）のURLスキームの仕様に依存しています。各サービスの仕様変更等により本アプリの機能が利用できなくなった場合でも、当方は動作保証を行う義務を負わず、また返金等の対応はいたしかねます。
3. 【損害免責】 当方は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害（データの消失、端末の故障、第三者とのトラブルを含む）について、一切の責任を負いません。

第6条（利用規約の変更）

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。なお、本規約の変更後、本アプリの利用を開始した場合には、当該ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

プライバシーポリシー

第1条（取得する情報と利用目的）

本アプリは、ブラウザの閲覧履歴、設定したプロンプト（定型文）、開いているタブの情報などを取得・保存しますが、これらはすべてユーザーの端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。
当方（開発者）がこれらのユーザーデータを外部サーバーへ送信したり、収集・解析したりすることは一切ありません。

第2条（外部サービスへのデータ送信）

ユーザーが本アプリ内で「AIで開く」などの機能を実行した場合、選択されたテキスト、画像、またはURL等は、iOSのクリップボードやURLスキーム等を経由して、ユーザー自身が指定した外部のAIアプリ（ChatGPT等）へ直接渡されます。これらのデータの取り扱いについては、送信先の各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

第3条（個人情報の第三者提供）

当方は、本アプリを通じてユーザーの個人情報（氏名、連絡先など特定の個人を識別できる情報）を取得することはありません。したがって、第三者へ個人情報を提供することもありません。

第4条（アクセス解析ツールについて）

本アプリでは、アプリの不具合改善や品質向上のため、個人を特定できない範囲のクラッシュレポート（Appleの提供する標準機能等）を取得する場合があります。これらの情報は、アプリの利便性向上のためにのみ利用されます。
